Lauren Bigby

Lauren Bigby (Director/Emma) trained at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. She currently works in TV, film and theatre and has a broad knowledge of the acting industry. Her film and TV credits include: Neil's Party (feature film) released in 2006 in North America via Warner Brothers on DVD and became the number one download rental on Amazon's new Unbox service; Asylum Night (feature film) screened and premiered at UCI, shown on Sky, on DVD and reviewed in Empire magazine and on the Horror Channel; The Notebooks of Cornelius Crow (feature film) screened at the Cannes Film Festival, premiered in American in January 2005 and in the UK in November 2005 at the Foyle International Film Festival, mentioned in a new British film book called Visions of England: Class and Culture in Contemporary Cinema; Dr Tatiana's Sex Advice to all Creation (documentary-drama) screened on Channel 4 and the Discovery Channel and voted programme of the week in the Daily Mail. Her theatre credits include: The Rivals, The Importance of Being Earnest, Twelfth Night, The Accidental Death of an Anarchist, A Warwickshire Testimony and the new play Auction of Promises. She also featured in the FHM magazine article, Girls On the Sofa: Actresses.

Lauren directed Essex Girls in 2003 and was assistant to the playwright Rebecca Prichard in her work for Clean Break Theatre Company. She is a Speech and Drama teacher and, in 2006, started work as a casting director for Luke Cowell Film Productions at the 3 Mills Studios.

 
Emily North

Emily North (assistant director) is one of the founders of Fluff Productions. Her stage credits include Dolores in Be My Baby, Sally in Snapshots, Doreen and Karen in The Ark, The Bride And The Coffin (all for Fluff Productions), Maid Marion in a tour of Robin Hood (Pyramid Productions) and Emily Holt in Me and Michael – A Motorway Tale (Bowman Productions). Emily has appeared in several short films including Chorus Again (Cardiff Films); Pie (ELU) and The Lodger (Eudaimonia Films). She also played a witch from Macbeth in the Discovery Channel's documentary True Horror with Anthony Head.

 
Andrew Bloomer

Andrew Bloomer (Ben) is originally from London and recently finished his training at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. His credits at Mountview include: Ian in O Go My Man; Danceny in Les Liaisons Dangereuses; Joe in The American Clock; Mercutio in Romeo and Juliet; and Lopakhin in The Cherry Orchard. He also trained extensively in television and radio, and was nominated for the BBC Radio Carleton Hobbs Award 2007.

 
Emily De Cosimo

Emily De Cosimo (Wendy) grew up in Brentwood, Essex, and trained at The Anna Scher Theatre, London, under the direction of Anna Scher. She has appeared at The Madness and Arts World Festival in Toronto, Canada; at the Royal National Theatre, London; and at the Harry Potter book launch at the Royal Albert Hall, London, hosted by J.K.Rowling and Stephen Fry. Her television credits include The Taylor Sisters, a real-crime documentary for ITV in which she played Lisa Taylor; BBC's comedy sketch show for children, Stupid; and Tascha in The Poppy Appeal. Emily set up HENs Theatre Company in 2001 and completed a second tour of HENs' production of Golden Spoon at the end of last year. She recently finished a series of play readings with the BBC and the Disability Rights Commission for a new play called Flowers for Seeta, and has also been involved in a series of workshops at The Old Vic.

 
Tim Robinson

Tim Robinson (Greg) graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama in 2001. He became a regular member of the Citizens Theatre Company (Glasgow) and the Wolsey Theatre Company (Ipswich) before touring with the Changeling Theatre Company as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet. He played Gaddy in the BAFTA-nominated animated film Promise Land and more recently won 'Best Newcomer' at the UK Film Council Awards 2005 for his performance as Joey in the digital short, Remote. His latest appearances include Popcorn; Simon in the BBC Wales drama Nice Day for a Welsh Wedding; the Douwe Egberts commercials and Danny in Christmas Eve (currently in post-production).
